HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If your item is defective/faulty, please contact us straight away.
We do not accept returns for changes of mind, or any opened, broken sealed or used items.
We aim to provide our customers with high quality customer service and products. If you have received a faulty/defected item please contact our Customer Service team. We will try our best to help resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please provide a photo or two showing the defect/fault of the item. This will help speed up the returns process.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

At the checkout, enter how many points you would like to use into the reward points bar and click ‘Apply Points’. Credit deducted will depend on how many points you have entered.
